TERMS AND CONDITIONS

• All terms and conditions mentioned here are in addition to your statutory rights

• Money back guarantee.

  • We offer an unconditional money back guarantee on all purchases as long as they are returned in unused condition within 30 days of purchase

• Warranty - 5 years subject to registration

  • Standard Warranty.   Units are sold with a 1 year guarantee against manufacturing defects.  This warranty is transferrable to a second user.

  • FREE Enhanced Warranty on Riflescopes.  Subject to warranty registration with MTC Optics within 60 days of purchase the riflescope will be warranted for a further 4 years for the first user.

• Product failures in the 1st year.  MTC will offer one of the following as appropriate

  • Replace the unit with a new unit if the unit is under 60 days old

  • Advance exchange the unit with an equivalent  refurbished unit if available, subject to a credit card guarantee

  • Replace upon receipt the customers unit with an equivalent refurbished unit

  • Repair the customers unit if economically viable to do so

• Product failures in warranty after the first year will be repaired free of charge and returned to the user at MTC Optics expense, or replaced with the nearest equivalent.

• Please note the above warranty excludes tampering, modification, inappropriate use and accidental damage.

• Repair charges

  • Out of warranty repairs will be charged at cost.  Should any product be deemed beyond economical repair out of warranty the customer will be offered a replacement at a discounted price subject to availability

• Prices quoted do not include shipping which will be at cost

   

  This warranty statement is because we have to have a benchmark.  This is the minimum we will provide, we will always aim do our very best to get you back up and running as soon as we can with the minimum inconvenience.
